1. Alcohol/Drinking is not allowed in the hot tub and absolutely no glass is allowed in the hot tub. Do not sit/stand on the Hot Tub Cover. 2. Smoking is not allowed in the property 3. There is a front door camera in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera (including by disconnecting the Wi-Fi) you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! 4. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. 5. Please make sure everyone in your group is aware this is not a party house, and our housekeepers take time-stamped pics before and after each reservation 6. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM 7. Please note that we are available from 9 AM to 10 PM every day. There may be a delay in hearing back from us outside of those hours.
